News for the Symmetry Danes, 2009! Since Teddy finished his Championship in July 2008, we haven't been showing in conformation as much. His sister Topper just needs one more major now (as of July) so she has been shown very sparingly since major shows are pretty rare! But that's not to say that we aren't busy - Teddy and Topper are both in training for Agility, and should be ready to begin showing in AKC Agility trials (along with their mother Kinsey, who is still going strong) in summer or fall of 2009. Their brother Keeper has continued his training in obedience, and has been shown occasionally as a Special - handled as always by his co-owner Ronnie. Their other brother Gus also has been occasionally shown by Ronnie as a Special, and also enjoys making visits as a Therapy Dog with his owner Sari! Dec. 5, 2009 - Topper finishes her AKC Championship by going Best of Winners at the Trinity Valley KC show in Dallas for her second major! Like her 3 brothers, she was owner-handled all the way by Ronnie! |

| The Big Show The AKC has Invitational shows in Conformation, Obedience and Agility each year. Only the top 5 ranked dogs of each breed are invited... and this year our Kinsey is #3!! Way to go, Kinsey and Ronnie!! |

Topper's first major! July 16: Topper wins her first major under breeder judge Kay Watts at the Great Dane Club of Greater Houston specialty. Way to go, Topper and Ronnie! Now Topper just needs one more major to be the fourth dog from her litter to finish an AKC Championship! |

| Teddy starts his Agility career with style! May 29, 2009 - Tulsa Dog Training Club. Teddy gets his first "leg" (qualifying score) toward his Novice Jumpers title! With a first place in the 24" class! |

Keeper wins a Group Third!!! Big Spring Kennel Club - May 2, 2009. Keeper goes Best of Breed and then wins Third place in a very competitive Working Group for his first Group placement! Way to go, Keeper and Ronnie! And to prove he's more than just a pretty face, a few weeks later Keeper and his owner Karen finished his Rally Obedience Excellent title!! He is now Ch. Symmetry's No Vrroom At The Inn, CD, RE!!
